Not even God
himself could sink this ship. We have books on the Titanic in the library, both secondary and primary; do a keyword search for the "Titanic." Nevertheless, the encyclopedias in the reference areas in Primary and Secondary would include some of your best material. Finally, you can look at our online resources, including SIRS Discoverer, Britannica 2000, and Worldbook 2000; Worldbook would be particularly useful for your level. When looking for information on the net, please check Yahoo! first, using the same search term above. This sites organization and "hand-picked" links will be your best resource. As well, you should check out the search engine at About.com. As always, if you need any help, please see me.
There's a lot more out there, but I do think you should avoid doing a straight search on Google, or any of the other search engines; there's too much to go through. If you can't find what you need in the links above, let me know, and I'll help you look for it. |
